Sustainable Supply Chain Policy

Enchem Co., Ltd. Implements Sustainable supply chain management following the EU CSDDD and OECD Due Diligence Guideline. We achieve sustainable business practices through the dedicated responsibility and proactive commitment of all executives and employees throughout the value chain.

  1. Supply Chain Due Diligence Policy

    We plan and implement supply chain due diligence in compliance with international regulations such as EU CSDDD and OECD Due Diligence Guidelines

  2. Risk Identification and Assessment

    We offer guidance on Ethics, Human rights, Safety, and Environment, aligning with the ’Supplier’s Code of Conduct’. We systematically identify and evaluate risks through regular ESG self-assessment and On-site Audit, and subsequently develop appropriate response strategies

  3. Collaboration and Provision of Education

    We adhere to the principle of ensuring compliance with international regulations by establishing and supporting an education program for our suppliers. Through close collaboration with our suppliers, we actively strive to enhance understanding and compliance with sustainability and actively working towards continuous improvement

  4. Transparent Information Disclosure

    We establish a process to systematically collect accurate information from our suppliers in accordance with the guidelines and recommendation of international initiatives. Upon request from customers, we transparently disclose this information

Responsible Minerals Policy

Enchem Co., Ltd. is actively committed to complying with the OECD guidelines by participating in the prohibition of conflict mineral usage. We strive to implement responsible mineral sourcing practices that avoid not only minerals associated with armed groups in conflict areas but also unethical minerals that contribute to human rights abuses and environmental destruction

  1. Compliance with International Regualtion

    We adhere to international regulations and standards related to mineral extraction and trade. As a principle, we handle minerals only from refineries certified by the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) in accordance with the RMI and OECD guidelines

  2. Supplier Management

    We explicitly include responsible mineral usage in contracts with our suppliers and conduct Audits using RMI standards

  3. Compaint Management

    We establish a reporting mechanism to facilitate easy lodging of objections regarding the use of conflict minerals and implement measures in response to such reports

  4. Continuous Monitoring

    We consistently monitor newly contentious minerals and continuously review additional responses

  5. Transparent Information Disclosure

    We transparently disclose the relevant information upon request from customers or relevant institutions
